How It Works
Our Process
Purchase Your Services
After paying for your services, please email any supplemental information that will help us better understand your skills and background to melaniesampson@consultmrs.com. Examples of supplemental information include: prior résumés, promotion packages and documentation of training and/or certifications. Please also email one or two job announcements that you are interested in pursuing. The process takes approximately 7-10 business days after payment notification. Please note that adhering to this timeframe is highly based on the clients’ timely feedback and submission of requested information.
Schedule a Conference Call
After receipt of your payment, we will schedule a conference call to discuss your resume and career goals. The call is no more than 15-20 minutes. The conference call will be scheduled within 48 hours of payment to ensure the Résumé Strategist understands your goals for your new résumé.
Review Your Résumé
We will send the first draft of the résumé within five business days of the initial call. You will provide the Résumé Specialist with feedback, and edits will be made accordingly. After incorporating your feedback, we will send you another draft. We will repeat this step until you are satisfied with the product. Once you approve the content of the document, your résumé will be reviewed for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors by our Lead Editor. It is important that you make any changes to the document at this stage, as there is an additional cost after you approve the final edit.
